What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with district sales managers to optimize energy valve performance and communicate value to enterprise decision-makers
- Create and execute processes for cross-referencing existing building products to support sales efforts
- Identify opportunities for improvement in HVAC systems and influence end-users to standardize on employer solutions
- Maintain a database for tracking energy valve installations throughout the Americas
- Lead pilot programs, including data retrieval, analysis, and communication of value
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in consulting engineering or HVAC field required
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and other basic computer skills; willingness to travel 40% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with commercial Building Automation Systems and/or existing building commissioning
- Strategic planning and implementation experience
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and collaborative mindset
- Self-starter with minimal supervision in a home office setting
