      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical and sales expertise to support the growth of the commercial equipment business
      - Collaborate with Regional Account Managers to develop and implement growth strategies
      - Create sales tools and brand-specific promotions to enhance distributor engagement
      - Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers and partners
      - Gather feedback from channel partners to inform product management and development

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years' experience in HVAC/R or System Design
      - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
      - Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and drive sales
      - Strong business acumen and interpersonal communication skills
      - Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in a related field
      - Experience in product management or technical sales support within the HVAC/R industry
