What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Utilize Trane Connect and Command Center for remote diagnostics and system optimization
- Monitor critical building metrics and ensure operational integrity
- Perform remote Digital Inspections and equipment analytics
- Collaborate with team members and customers to optimize building systems
- Maintain exceptional written and verbal communication skills

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in HVAC control systems
- IT/Network understanding with knowledge of IP/subnet/gateway and DNS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and handheld devices
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in HVAC controls or equivalent field
