      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee ABA therapy services with a balanced approach between remote and in-person engagement
      - Supervise and support Behavior Technicians during virtual and scheduled in-person visits
      - Develop and implement individualized behavior plans based on ABA principles
      - Engage parents through monthly training to facilitate their child's therapy progress
      - Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
      - Experience in delivering ABA therapy and supervising Behavior Technicians
      - Strong communication skills for effective parent engagement and team collaboration
      - Ability to develop and implement individualized behavior plans
      - Commitment to client-centered care and professional development

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a hybrid or remote work environment
      - Familiarity with assent-based care and functional assessment techniques
      - Interest in mentoring or leading clinical training for others in the field
