What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee ABA therapy services with a 50/50 split between remote and in-person engagement
- Supervise and support Behavior Technicians during virtual and scheduled in-person visits
- Develop and implement individualized behavior plans based on ABA principles
- Engage parents in therapy through monthly training sessions to facilitate progress
- Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and practices
- Experience in supervising and training Behavior Technicians
- Ability to engage with clients and families in both remote and in-person settings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a hybrid work environment
- Familiarity with assent-based care and functional assessment strategies
- Experience in clinical training or mentoring roles
- Additional certifications or training in related fields
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
