      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee ABA therapy services with a balanced approach of remote and in-person engagement
      - Supervise and support Behavior Technicians both virtually and during scheduled in-person visits
      - Develop and implement individualized behavior plans based on ABA principles
      - Engage parents through monthly training sessions to facilitate meaningful progress
      - Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
      - Experience in providing ABA therapy and working with children with autism
      - Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and families
      - Ability to develop individualized treatment plans
      - Experience supervising and mentoring staff or Behavior Technicians

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a hybrid work environment
      - Familiarity with assent-based care and functional assessments
      - Additional certifications or training in ABA-related practices
      - Experience in leading clinical training or workshops
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases
