      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide case management for children on the autism spectrum, ages 2-18
      - Collect data utilizing Central Reach software
      - Meet billable hour requirements: 30 hours for full-time and 75% of total hours worked for part-time BCBAs
      - Conduct intake assessments and parent training
      - Collaborate with a team of clinicians and provide mentorship to RBTs, MLPs, and BCaBAs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must possess Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
      - A Master's Degree is required
      - Strong emphasis on integrity and ethics in practice
      - Passion for client success and improving outcomes
      - Strong leadership skills to guide and mentor team members

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in providing ABA therapy in center-based or in-home settings
      - Familiarity with data collection and analysis using Central Reach
      - Background in working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
      - Previous mentorship or supervisory experience
      - Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practices
