What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide case management for children on the autism spectrum, ages 2-18
- Collect data utilizing Central Reach
- Meet billable hour requirements: 27 hours for full-time BCBAs, 75% of total hours worked for part-time BCBAs
- Conduct intake and assessments, and provide parent training
- Collaborate with a team of clinicians and provide mentorship for RBTs, MLPs, and BCaBAs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master’s Degree
- High emphasis on integrity and ethics
- Passion for client success
- Strong leadership skills
