What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle and resolve email requests from clients and interpreters related to scheduling
- Assist in answering calls from clients and interpreters as needed
- Efficiently input data and maintain accurate database information
- Manage all inbound interpreter calls, emails, and secure interpreters for appointments
- Ensure service levels are met for securing interpreters for dedicated client appointments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced office environment
- Exceptional data entry and accuracy skills
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner
- Organized and motivated with excellent follow-through and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in a team-based environment
- Familiarity with standard software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and web-based applications
