What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide affirming primary care services for women, including gynecological services and holistic care
- Conduct annual exams, pap smears, and manage chronic conditions such as hypertension and diabetes
- Participate in protocol development and innovation within the care delivery model
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on case studies and technology initiatives
- Maintain an open and inclusive environment for all patients, ensuring their voices are heard

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with an unrestricted license in New York
- Experience in providing primary and gynecological care with compassion and empathy
- Proficient in using technology for patient care and communication
- Ability to work some evenings and weekends as needed
- Authorized to work in the U.S.

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with procedural skills such as IUD insertions and colposcopies
- Background in care delivery for trauma-affected women and LGBTQ+ individuals
- Formal training in integrative medicine practices
- Experience working with major payers (e.g., BCBS, Cigna, Aetna)
