      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma; some college education preferred
      - Basic understanding of Primary Care Operations
      - Medical Assistant Certification preferred
      - Reliable internet and HIPAA-compliant workspace
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with healthcare technology platforms
      - Proficiency in using EMR systems, particularly Epic
      - Strong communication skills for effective patient interactions
      - Previous experience in a healthcare setting
      - Comfort with handling multiple tasks and priorities
