What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide case management for children on the autism spectrum ages 2-18
- Collect data utilizing Central Reach software
- Meet billable hour requirements (30 hours for full-time, preferred 75% for part-time)
- Conduct intake assessments and provide parent training
- Collaborate with a team of clinicians and mentor RBTs, MLPs, and BCaBAs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master's Degree
- Strong emphasis on integrity and ethics
- Passion for client success
- Strong leadership skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in providing ABA therapy or case management for children with autism
- Familiarity with Central Reach or similar data collection systems
- Previous mentorship experience with RBTs or other clinical staff
