      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide case management for children on the autism spectrum, ages 2-18
      - Utilize Central Reach for data collection
      - Meet billable hour requirements: 30 hours for full-time and 75% of total hours worked for part-time BCBAs
      - Complete intake assessments and provide parent training
      - Collaborate with a team of clinicians and clinical directors while mentoring RBTs, MLPs, and BCaBAs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
      - Master’s Degree in a relevant field
      - Strong emphasis on integrity and ethics
      - Passion for client success and strong leadership skills
      - Must be located in or willing to travel to Clarksville, TN weekly

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in providing ABA therapy and case management
      - Familiarity with Central Reach software
      - Previous mentorship experience with RBTs and BCaBAs
      - Willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional development
