What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide case management for children on the autism spectrum ages 2-18
- Collect data utilizing Central Reach and meet billable hour requirements
- Conduct intake assessments and parent training
- Collaborate with a team of clinicians and clinical directors
- Mentor a team of RBTs, MLPs, and BCaBAs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master's Degree in a relevant field
- Strong emphasis on integrity and ethics
- Passion for client success
- Strong leadership skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in case management for children on the autism spectrum
- Familiarity with Central Reach software
- Previous mentorship experience with RBTs or similar roles
- Demonstrated ability to meet billable hour requirements
