What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide case management for children on the autism spectrum ages 2-18
- Collect data utilizing Central Reach software
- Meet billable hour requirements: 30 hours for full-time BCBAs and 75% of total hours worked for part-time BCBAs (preferred)
- Conduct intake assessments and provide parent training
- Collaborate with a team of clinicians and provide mentorship to RBTs, MLPs, and BCaBAs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master's Degree in a relevant field
- Strong emphasis on integrity and ethics in practice
- Demonstrated passion for client success
- Proven leadership skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in case management for children with autism spectrum disorders
- Familiarity with data collection tools and methodologies
- Previous mentorship experience with RBTs or similar roles
- Additional certifications in behavioral analysis or related fields
