      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and configure servers and cloud services
      - Perform Windows Server administration, including group policy and web application deployments
      - Manage Azure/AWS cloud administration
      - Provide Tier 3 support and troubleshooting for IT issues
      - Write and maintain documentation for server, storage, backup, and cloud systems

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 60 months of combined work experience in IT processes and solutions evaluation
      - 12 months of work experience in the primary technology specified by the agency
      - Completion of an associate core program in computer science or information systems, or equivalent experience
      - Ability to work effectively in a team environment
      - Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Completion of an undergraduate core program in computer science or information systems
      - Experience in evaluating hardware and software solutions
      - Prior experience providing technical IT leadership for system integration
      - Familiarity with public retirement systems
      - Skills in customer service and communication
