      • Presentation of simulation results, analyses, conclusions and recommendations to customers
      • Leading identification of 1D PT Systems CAE tool and/or process enhancement requirements to meet current & future powertrain systems for hybrid vehicles analysis needs
      • Actively participate in planning sessions and once plans are agreed, manage you and your team’s time effectively to ensure robust, timely delivery of system assessments into programmes as per the planned sprint
      • Develop a correlation plan for the hybrid vehicles you are analysing, conduct and support your team in performing detailed model correlation against physical test data, providing recommendation for future model improvement to increase robustness
      • Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested

      WHAT YOU’LL NEED

      • Substantial industrial experience of using 1D CAE toolsets to assess and verify vehicle/powertrain efficiency and performance
      • Good analytical capability and breadth of CAE experience in Matlab/Simulink
      • Proven success in complex system model validation, optimisation and correlation
      • Able to identify and respond to the strengths and limitations of computer-based modelling and simulation
      • A strong working knowledge of electrified powertrain architectures and operating characteristics
      • Ability to develop highly effective cross-departmental relationships
