What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage agents within a designated territory through in-person, virtual, phone, and email communications to build relationships and enhance agency performance
- Act as a subject matter expert on insurance products and maintain awareness of competitor offerings to drive preference for the employer's products
- Translate national strategic initiatives into local goals to boost agent engagement and growth
- Conduct training for agency staff on products, services, and marketing strategies to meet growth objectives
- Monitor agent performance against established goals and guidelines, providing necessary support and guidance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be able to perform essential functions, including seeing, hearing, typing, and speaking, with or without accommodation
- Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance, complying with the employer's driving standards
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to follow complex instructions and resolve conflicts
- Must be able to learn and apply extensive technical and procedural information
- Minimum of 5 years of sales or relevant insurance experience or a Bachelor's degree
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience driving sales results and working with various lines of insurance (P&C, Commercial, Life & Health)
- Bilingual, with a preference for Spanish language skills
