      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prospect, interview, and approve new appointments to expand the employer's agency distribution
      - Manage agents within a designated area, utilizing various communication methods to build relationships and enhance performance
      - Translate national strategic initiatives into local goals and objectives, ensuring agent accountability
      - Deliver effective communications and assist agencies in developing local marketing plans to meet growth goals
      - Conduct training for agency staff on the employer's products, services, and value proposition

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be able to perform essential functions, including seeing, hearing, typing, and speaking, with or without accommodation
      - Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
      - Strong organizational and priority-setting skills, with the ability to follow complex instructions and resolve conflicts
      - Ability to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information
      - Minimum of 3 years of sales or relevant insurance experience preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a sales or insurance-related field
      - Prior experience driving sales results
      - Familiarity with various lines of insurance (P&C, Commercial, Life/Health)
      - Compliance with the employer's driving standards and policies
