      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Establish policies, standards, and processes for identity and access management
      - Review, authorize, and execute user access requests in compliance with company policies
      - Lead IAM platform administration and support
      - Train junior staff on IAM-related systems and processes
      - Develop and execute access-related reports for the Information Security team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in IT, IS, Computer Science, or equivalent
      - Minimum of three years of Identity & Access Management experience
      - Certifications (Security+ or greater, CIAM or equivalent) preferred
      - Proficiency in Identity Governance & Administration, application troubleshooting, and Agile development
      - Strong communication skills and ability to build effective relationships

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in scripting languages such as Python & PowerShell
      - Familiarity with authentication & access standards (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, etc.)
      - Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices
