      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Implement and enhance the enterprise-wide IAM program with a focus on access governance and identity lifecycle management
      - Execute user access certifications (UACs) to ensure compliance with SOX and SOC requirements
      - Collaborate with audit and compliance teams to gather evidence and conduct system walkthroughs
      - Identify risks within IAM processes and recommend solutions to enhance security and resilience
      - Work cross-functionally with various teams to coordinate IAM activities supporting strategic initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in access administration across on-prem, cloud, and third-party applications
      - Strong understanding of IAM tools such as SailPoint IdentityNow, Active Directory, and BeyondTrust
      - Proficient in documentation and experienced with Excel and PowerShell scripting
      - Ability to communicate technical concepts in a business-friendly manner

      - Experience with risk management and incident response in an IAM context
      - Familiarity with IAM best practices and frameworks
