  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Act as an IAM Subject Matter Expert (SME) to identify internal and external identity and access management risks
  - Manage user access certifications (UACs) to ensure SOX compliance
  - Collaborate with compliance and audit teams to align access management practices with SOX requirements
  - Define roles and entitlements within applications and platforms
  - Analyze root causes and recommend resolutions for provisioning and de-provisioning activities
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
  - Experience in crafting process documentation
  - Understanding of IAM principles and exposure to IAM tools like SailPoint, Oracle Identity Manager, and Okta
  - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  - Good communication skills
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in end-user interaction for developing and implementing business roles and procedures
  - CISSP or similar security certification
  - Participation in multiple highly visible projects and initiatives
  - Ability to influence peers and leadership through indirect leadership
