What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement and enhance the enterprise-wide IAM program, focusing on access governance and identity lifecycle management
- Execute user access certifications (UACs) to ensure compliance with SOX and SOC
- Collaborate with audit and compliance teams for evidence gathering and process walkthroughs
- Identify risks and recommend solutions to enhance security and resilience
- Coordinate IAM activities that support strategic initiatives and regulatory readiness
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in access administration across on-prem, cloud, and third-party applications
- Proficiency in IAM tools such as SailPoint IdentityNow, NERM, BeyondTrust, Active Directory, and Entra ID
- Strong documentation skills and experience with Excel and PowerShell scripting
- Ability to communicate technical concepts in business-friendly language
