Role & Responsibilities:

Communicate and work closely with the client understanding and driving towards their objectives. Contribute to onboard multiple applications end to end in SailPoint Identitynow. Guide the team and perform enhancements for existing integrations. Contribute to the design, implementation, documentation and go-live activities of application onboarding and usecases. Perform operation activities which include monitoring, reporting and other BAU tasks.

• Work closely with the Identity Access Management team, Infrastructure teams, application owners, and product managers to help drive technical adoption across organization.
• Actively Participate in requirements gathering, reviews and use case development for the implementation of new processes and changes.
• Design technical solutions for the implementation of new processes and changes
• Contribute to development of application integrations and use cases
• Determine common and best practices for further development of new features and supporting processes within the tooling.
• Ownership of individual assigned tasks in Sprint
• Contribute to Operation activities, alerts and monitoring
• Lead the team and responsible for maintaining SLA’s for incident/requests
• Lead the team for upgrades (patch and major) for IdentityNow
• Mode of Work: Agile with 2 weeks as a Sprint

What do you bring?

• Experience in designing solutions for integrations and use cases in SailPoint
• Experience on application onboarding in SailPoint IdentityNow
• Experience on RBAC configuration in SailPoint Identitynow
• Experience on development of rules, transforms in SailPoint IdentityNow
• Understanding on the API capabilities of IdentityNow
• Experience on troubleshooting/resolving issues in IdentityNow
• Good Communication in English.
