- Open 7 days a week at all 3 Madison locations. Check the website for specific hours of operation.
- Opening shifts typically start 1-2 hours before opening, and closing shifts typically end 1-2 hours after closing.
- Evening and weekend availability is strongly preferred.
- Late-night shift (10pm-4am) once per week required at Frances and State St locations.
- Part-time (15–30 hrs/wk) and full-time (30–40 hrs/wk) available.
- Greet customers and serve slices with good vibes.
- Ring up orders as a cashier and keep the line moving.
- Take pick-up orders by phone and at the counter.
- Toss salads, finish pizzas in the ovens, and keep food flowing.
- Restock supplies and keep the front-of-house clean.
- Work with a supportive, fun crew (laughter required!).
- Able to stand/walk for long periods and lift 20–50 lbs.
- Comfortable using ovens, pizza cutters, knives, and kitchen tools.
- Must be 18+ (16–17 can apply for Front of House at Garver).
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (IDs required at Orientation).
- English language proficiency is required.

We create exciting recipes incorporating the finest local ingredients and aim to make the best NY-style, hand-tossed pizza to hit your tastebuds. Ian’s specializes in a wide variety of old-school and original pizza combinations, all available by the slice or whole pie.
Stop by one of our locations, or order pizza for delivery for an epic night of Ian’s and chill. Try Ian’s salads, sticks, and puppy chow too.

5 Position Summary/Job Duties:
Jump in and keep things moving! You are the friendly face serving up slices and making customers' days.

Physical Demands
