Job Description

- Play a critical role in mentoring and guiding the iCare technical engineers, architects and developers by conducting regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to them.
- Help Sanofi become technically capable in cloud-native application design and development.
- Become accountable for technical authority, product/project, and stakeholder management to deliver quality iCare products.
- Partner with project stakeholders to gain end-user process requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as product management and quality assurance, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and frameworks relevant to the Salesforce Health Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, AWS, Informatica Cloud, Snowflake, and Informatica Cloud.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team, encouraging the exploration and adoption of new technologies and methodologies.
- Conduct technical research, feasibility studies, and proof-of-concept projects to evaluate new technologies or potential improvements.
- Understanding of life sciences/pharma.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a technical leader or in a similar role, with a strong background in software development or engineering.
- 10+ years of Software engineering and design experience with large scale business applications in a fast-paced iterative development environment
- Strong technical understanding in Salesforce Technologies, AWS Tech Stack, Snowflake and Information Cloud or similar integration technologies.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Preferred experience with Good Practice quality guidelines and Regulations (GxP), HIPAA and GDPR regulations.
