Deliver high-quality customer service via phone, email, and chat
Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to better customer experiences
Handle a variety of inquiries, from product details to shipping, payments, and promotions
Take ownership of challenges and proactively seek solutions
Ensure a seamless experience from order to delivery
You are fluent in Icelandic.
You are also fluent in English since this is our corporate language and it is a part of your daily tasks to support other markets when needed.
Good communication skills and a real interest in expressing yourself well, both in speech and writing (tests will be given as part of our recruitment process).
Previous experience in the service industry is a plus.
Full-time employment starting with a 6 month probation period.
Working hours for the team is 8:00-17:00, 10:00-19:00.
Your working schedule will be published for you to see four months in advance.
