Job Description
- Req#: 23-02380
- Drive and/or ride as notetaker in the AV for up to six to eight hours/day.
- Work in teams, alternating - driving (some manual driving but primarily monitoring the vehicle's behavior in autonomous mode) and software monitoring and logging responsibilities and providing verbal feedback/directions about the autonomous vehicles (AV) environment.
- Complete timely and detailed ride reports for our operations and engineering teams.
- Participate in the ongoing training of new AV Test Operators.
- Test other aspects of our autonomous vehicles.
- Perform ad hoc projects as needed, including delivery and other community support and/or pilots.
- Able to type and read on a laptop in a moving vehicle.
- Must type a minimum of 20 wpm.
- Ability to work 40-hour work weeks (5 days/week – may include weekends. Will have 2 consecutive days off/week).
- Licensed to drive a motor vehicle in the U.S. for the three years immediately preceding your application, currently holding an active driver’s license, and no more than one point on driving record.
- Arizona: Licensed to drive a motor vehicle in the U.S. for three years, currently holding an active Arizona Operator License Class D or equivalent, and no more than one point on driving record.

Pay Rate Range: $20.00/hr.
