      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide direct one-on-one intervention to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities according to treatment plans
      - Document progress or regression of goals on a daily basis
      - Communicate effectively with parents and other service providers
      - Collaborate with treatment team members to support individual needs
      - Participate in regular supervision and complete required annual training

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be at least eighteen (18) years old
      - Bachelor's Degree in a human service field or a related field with 24 upper division semester credits in human services
      - Verifiable proof of 1,040 hours of paid, supervised experience providing services to individuals (0-21 years of age) with developmental disabilities
      - Completion of 40-hour RBT training in ABA (provided by the employer) or hold a current certificate in Habilitative Intervention (HI)
      - Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and car insurance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - CPR/First Aid Certification (provided by the employer)
      - MANDT and/or other de-escalation certification training (provided by the employer)
      - Experience working with a diverse range of individuals with developmental disabilities
