      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver specific course content in an online environment, focusing on students’ individual needs as defined by their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
      - Communicate with parents and related service staff to ensure students with special needs receive appropriate therapies
      - Develop compliant IEPs, progress reports, and other required special education documentation
      - Facilitate collaborative special education meetings, including annual IEP meetings
      - Monitor student progress towards IEP goals and objectives, documenting all contacts and interventions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree and active State Special Education teaching license
      - Ability to clear required background check
      - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and embrace change for excellent student outcomes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with the proposed age group
      - Experience teaching online (virtual) and/or in a brick-and-mortar environment
      - Familiarity with online learning platforms
      - Experience supporting adults and children in the use of technology
      - Receptive to coaching and feedback from administrators
