      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver specific course content in an online environment tailored to students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
      - Communicate with parents and related service staff to ensure appropriate support for students with special needs
      - Develop compliant IEPs, progress reports, and other necessary special education documentation
      - Facilitate collaborative special education meetings, including annual IEP meetings
      - Monitor and document student progress towards IEP goals, providing engaging learning experiences

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree AND active State Special Education teaching license
      - Ability to clear required background check
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to new technologies and teaching platforms

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with the proposed age group
      - Experience supporting adults and children in technology use
      - Experience teaching online (virtual) and/or in a brick-and-mortar environment
      - Familiarity with online learning platforms
