What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage daily functions within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team
- Handle complex provisioning and troubleshoot access challenges
- Implement IAM process improvements through task automation and system integration
- Ensure appropriate access to the employer's systems and information
- Collaborate with team members to enhance IAM procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or higher in an information technology field, or an Associate's degree in a related field with two years of direct experience
- Basic experience with LDAP and identity federation
- Basic experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Perl, Python, Ruby, etc.)
- Basic experience with enterprise identity management systems (Microsoft Identity Manager, Okta, SailPoint, Entra, etc.)
- Basic experience with relational databases (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, etc.)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Basic experience integrating with health system applications (Epic, Cerner, Morrissey, etc.)
- Basic experience building a single identity ecosystem
- Basic experience setting up and installing software on Windows platforms
- Basic experience with enterprise human resource systems (Workday, Infor, etc.)
