What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage daily functions within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, ensuring appropriate access to systems and information
- Handle complex provisioning and troubleshooting challenges related to IAM processes
- Implement process improvements through task automation and system integration
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance identity management procedures
- Create and maintain documentation for IAM processes and improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or higher in an information technology field, or an Associate's degree with two years of direct experience
- Experience with Epic Security and Master File
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Perl, Python, or Ruby
- Familiarity with enterprise identity directories, such as LDAP, Active Directory, or Azure
- Experience with relational databases like Oracle, MSSQL, or MySQL
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with enterprise identity management systems, including Microsoft Identity Manager, Okta, or SailPoint
- Knowledge of integrating with health system applications like Epic or Cerner
- Background in building a single identity ecosystem
- Experience setting up and installing software on Windows platforms
- Familiarity with enterprise human resource systems such as Workday or Infor
