      About this role:

      The Senior Manager is part of the Wells Fargo IAM product management team with oversight of a team of IAM Product Owners for Access Control capability areas.


      In this role, you will:

      • Manage and lead a team of product owners and or business analysts for Access Control products including Authentication, Multifactor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign On (SSO), federation, authorization, cloud security, etc.
      • Identify security risks and solutions and drive strategic planning and roadmap for the IAM products
      • Set guidelines for compliance and risk management requirements for supported area and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives
      • Work with engineering, operations, critical initiatives and other IAM teams to collect and prioritize requirements, deliver product and services, and manage product lifecycle
      • Ensure compliance with bank security policies and controls as well as government regulations
      • Collaborate with line of business partners and other stakeholders across the company to support their business requirements and secure their commitment to IAM controls
      • Formulate and implement IAM solutions and controls
      • Mentor and guide direct reports and lead the team to achieve objectives
      • Interface with Information Security Industry Leaders, Financial industry Leaders, Analysts and Regulators
      • Work with external product vendors and professional services vendors to ensure success


      Required Qualifications, US:

      • 6+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
      • 6+ years Identity and Access Management experience with deep understanding of architecture as well as technical hands-on capabilities
      • 3+ years of management experience

      • Strong experience with Access Control products
      • Experience working in financial industry with heavy regulatory environment
      • Experience working in an Agile environment
      • Ability to manage in a matrixed organization environment
      • Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
      • Ability to positively influence, motivate, and direct diverse teams
      • Ability to take an active role in the education, mentoring and training of less experienced team members
      • Ability to think strategically, implement, and deliver business objectives
      • Strong knowledge and understanding of Agile
      • Experience working in a large enterprise environment
      • Knowledge and understanding of banking or financial services industry
