What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage daily operations for identity and directory services technologies
- Supervise ticket queues and respond to incident tickets from the service desk
- Process change requests and resolve technology issues
- Set up users with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Troubleshoot access issues related to Password Management applications and Single Sign-On (SSO)
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be enrolled as a full-time student in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, MIS, or a related degree program for Fall 2025
- Must be available to work full-time (37.5 hours a week) for 6 months
- Strong understanding of basic concepts in at least one technology field (e.g., Networking, Systems Administration)
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and Active Directory
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Microsoft Azure
- Familiarity with PowerShell
- Organized, detail-oriented, and analytical mindset
- Ability to generate creative ideas for problem-solving and process improvement
- Quick learner with a strong sense of urgency about results
