      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform team audits, system testing, and project work to support operational excellence
      - Act as a subject matter expert, addressing escalations and providing technical expertise
      - Develop process documentation and best practices to support departmental initiatives
      - Provide mentoring and leadership to colleagues
      - Support business growth and retention through production tasks

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience (Bachelor’s preferred)
      - 2–3 years of experience with insurance contracts (supporting, maintaining, administering)
      - Strong skills in process documentation, compliance, and use of process mapping tools like Visio
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, including Copilot and SharePoint
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of disability insurance and/or life insurance products
      - Experience with auditing and creating training/process documentation
      - Demonstrated leadership, project management, and mentoring experience
