- Participate in requirements assessment, planning, and execution of maintenance activities
- Perform system management and administrative functions
- Develop reports and monitor system resource utilization

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associates degree in computer sciences, medical imaging related discipline, or equivalent experience
- In-depth knowledge of digital imaging information systems and technologies
- Understanding of imaging departmental processes and modalities
- Strong network troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer service skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification as a Certified Imaging Informatics Professional (CIIP)
- Experience in a healthcare technical support role
