What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the organization's construction projects from planning to completion
- Develop project plans and budgets while managing multiple construction projects
- Coordinate and monitor construction activities to ensure alignment with project plans and budgets
- Serve as the project liaison with internal and external parties to communicate information and resolve conflicts
- Track and control construction costs against the project budget to manage payment disputes and cost overruns
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Licensure in engineering preferred; licensure required relevant to the state of work
- High school diploma or equivalent with 3 years of cumulative experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience OR an Associate's/Technical degree with 2 years of cumulative experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience with 1 year of cumulative leadership experience
- Strong experience with imaging equipment is strongly preferred

- Experience in managing construction projects within the healthcare sector
- Familiarity with regulatory and accreditation standards relevant to construction in healthcare
- Proven ability to develop design and construction documents that meet aesthetic and functional standards
