      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Draft incoming referrals, including demographic information, diagnosis, requested due date, and specialty in a timely manner
      - Complete the intake process according to proper workflow procedures
      - Manage client emails and delegate or escalate as necessary throughout the workday
      - Request and pull medical records from client platforms and upload them to the respective referrals
      - Invoicing referrals based on confirmed physician's fees and client quotes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - An Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree is preferred
      - Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred
      - Exceptional communication skills with a clear understanding of company business lines
      - Ability to apply critical thinking and manage time efficiently to meet specific deadlines
      - Proficient computer literacy and typing skills

      - Experience in a fast-paced healthcare or insurance environment
      - Familiarity with medical record management systems
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles
      - Ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a remote setting
