What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead in client communications under the direction of Senior Paralegal/Attorney
- Provide guidance to assignees on case processing
- Manage status of filed applications and petitions
- Prepare forms, letters, and documents for attorney review
- Research and obtain necessary information for cases
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Comfortable in a high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to catch errors
- Minimum 2+ years of U.S. corporate immigration experience
- Bachelor's Degree or PL certificate from ABA approved program
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work well with minimal supervision
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a law-related field under a licensed attorney
- Proficiency in MS Office and proprietary software
