      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain and enhance partnerships with immigration vendors
      - Guide employees and managers on immigration policies and requirements
      - Act as a liaison between candidates, transfers, and outside counsel to support the immigration process
      - Analyze complex immigration matters and communicate solutions to internal clients
      - Lead projects resulting from changes to U.S. immigration regulations and processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in HR or a related area (or equivalent experience)
      - Minimum of 10 years of experience in U.S. corporate business immigration
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong organizational and data entry skills with attention to detail
      - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
