What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meet or exceed all established territory sales plans and expense goals through strategic planning
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted opinion leaders and physicians
- Develop and implement a Territory Business Plan tailored to maximize sales opportunities
- Communicate effective and accurate sales presentations to customers
- Carry out duties in compliance with regulations and corporate policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of experience in Ophthalmology, Rheumatology, Pulmonology, or Neurology
- In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, an Associate's Degree with 5+ years or 7+ years of pharmaceutical experience in the therapeutic areas listed
- Experience selling biologics to specialty physicians in rare disease areas preferred
- Valid motor vehicle operator's license
- Current experience within the territory with customer knowledge highly preferred

- Strong clinical acumen and knowledge of disease states
- Experience with strategic account management and territory planning
- Ability to build and expand customer relationships effectively
