What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver sales performance, meet financial targets, and achieve marketing objectives
- Create and execute a pre-call plan to improve sales performance and handle objections effectively
- Build trusted customer relationships and achieve win-win agreements with customers
- Develop and execute a call plan to maximize access and sales opportunities
- Build market intelligence and share information to optimize brand strategy and execution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in biological sciences, pharmacy, business, or equivalent
- Proven track record of success in selling and strong presentation skills
- In-depth scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitive knowledge
- Proficient use of business tools and strategic thinking capabilities
- Ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proven track record of success in sales performance within respective therapeutic areas
- Experience in the commercial pharmaceutical industry, such as physician/account based selling, training, managed health care, or marketing
- Proficiency in English language verbally and in writing
