      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist low-income households in central Iowa with meeting their basic needs
      - Provide support and resources to families struggling with food insecurity, housing, and utility payments
      - Collaborate with community partners to develop and implement programs and initiatives
      - Conduct assessments and determine eligibility for assistance programs
      - Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and services provided

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds
      - Empathy and compassion for individuals facing challenging circumstances

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field
      - Experience working in a nonprofit organization or social services setting
      - Knowledge of local community resources and assistance programs
      - Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
      - Previous experience conducting client assessments and determining eligibility
