What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide internal support for Implementation Consultants and Implementation Specialists
- Serve as a liaison between Sales and New Business Implementation teams for newly sold clients
- Update various internal databases in a timely manner
- Assist with conversion data reconciliations
- Manage multiple onboarding assignments and prioritize project needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial operations, customer support, or a related field
- Experience in the financial services industry preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and file-sharing tools such as Microsoft SharePoint
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy in data entry
- Experience coordinating activities among diverse project teams
