      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build relationships with district and teachers based on trust and shared goals
      - Localize the iCivics US History curriculum and professional learning sessions
      - Plan, coordinate, and facilitate monthly professional development sessions
      - Observe lessons and provide growth-focused feedback for teachers' professional development
      - Provide access to resources and information for all partners

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Local to the District
      - 5+ years of social studies classroom teaching experience
      - Experience with facilitating adult learning
      - Effective collaborator with the ability to work in complex situations
      - Resourceful, adaptable, and flexible
      - Commitment to inclusion and working with diverse teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with diverse teams and cross-cultural communication
      - Familiarity with state standards and community history
