      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the implementation of healthcare technology products, ensuring high-quality service delivery to provider customers
      - Conduct instructor-led training sessions on product functionality and applications
      - Analyze data sets for completeness and provide feedback to internal teams and customers
      - Maintain project status updates, identify risks, and coordinate with internal departments to meet customer objectives
      - Create and maintain documentation related to the implementation process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
      - Minimum of 3 years in an implementation or project management role within a healthcare IT or supply chain organization
      - Strong understanding of healthcare supply chain, EDI, project delivery, and system integration
      - Excellent interpersonal, oral/written communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
      - Willingness to travel up to 15% annually

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodology
      - Experience with cross-functional projects involving internal and external participants
      - Familiarity with cloud-based ERP systems such as Infor Cloudsuite, Oracle Cloud, and Workday
      - Understanding of item master management and clinical bill-only processes
      - Proficient in contract and pricing management
