What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with leadership teams to manage business operations strategy and task coordination
- Assist in project planning, resource coordination, and performance tracking
- Conduct analyses to define efficient, cost-effective solutions for business needs
- Prepare presentations and reports to inform stakeholders and suggest recommendations
- Supervise other administrative caregivers as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Demonstrated project coordination experience managing complex, multi-scope projects
- Advanced proficiency in computer applications, including spreadsheets and databases
- Experience supporting a leadership or department team
- Excellent interpersonal skills with senior-level leaders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Experience working in a matrixed healthcare or health insurance setting
