      The Implementation Lead is an efficient leader who understands the overall Ariel EAS solution. The Lead works closely with the Project Manager and the Functional Lead and he has the overall accountability to deliver a quality solution within the prescribed timeline.

      Responsibilities

      • Leads the successful delivery of high-quality implementations and on-going production support of client projects
      • Collaborates closely with the Project Manager and Functional Lead
      • Owns our implementation methodology, presents it to the client and establishes project governance to make sure methodology is appropriately followed
      • Identifies methodology improvements and shares the information with the leadership team
      • Provides day-to-day direction to the implementation team. Ensures organizational effectiveness
      • Experience in relationship or account management of multiple clients
      • Understands opportunities and challenges of the defined benefits administration industry and how it impacts the implementation
      • Ensures timely submission of product enhancement requests and issues
      • Establishes client specific success criteria for maintaining a positive, long term relationship. Identifies risks and issues to client satisfaction on a timely basis and devises a strategy for risks mitigating
      • Seeks opportunities for enhancements to the product that will provide meaningful improvements to the client’s business
      • Understands when to push back on client requests and delivers the message in a manner that does not damage the relationship
      • Controls the scope of the project based on the contract
      • Has problem solving skills
      • Own the Requirements Traceability matrix
      • Proactively stays aware of new product development items to be delivered and take into consideration in their decision making
      • Work closely with the product development team to build the best possible solution
      • Act proactively and as a leader in the transition to the support team
      • Ensure our clients understand the solution we are delivering

      • Processes excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with experience presenting to management.

      • Has the ability to multi-task in a challenging, fast paced environment
