      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Implement new client payroll systems, ensuring all client needs are met accurately
      - Configure the PrismHR payroll system and audit client data for accuracy
      - Process payroll for new clients for approximately three pay periods and resolve implementation issues
      - Train clients on the PrismHR system and provide initial troubleshooting support
      - Maintain positive working relationships with clients and internal teams to promote quality service

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years' experience processing multi-state payrolls for 2 to 500+ employees
      - Strong understanding of payroll compliance, including FLSA
      - 3+ years' experience in a client support role with strong administrative and customer service skills
      - Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; CPP certification preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Hands-on experience with PrismHR and ClientSpace
      - PEO experience is strongly preferred
      - Proven ability to work independently and in a team-based environment
      - Desire to proactively address problems and provide excellent customer service
